Polypropylene Fiber of Warmth & Safty
Polypropylene is widely used in diapers and food containers becaude of its safety in contact with the human body. However, normal polypropylene has limitations for use in clothing because it cannnot be dyed, but it has various advantageous functions such as natural water repllence, light weight, and good thermal retention. XN is newly developed polypropylene product having good dyeability while retaining all the other advantages of polypropylene.

Features:
* Exceptionally light fiber that floats on water
XN is characterized with the lowest specific gravity (0.91) among existing fiber materials,
and can float on water without any treatment.
* Warmer than Wool
XN has very low thermal conductivity, which is a measure of its ability to retain warmth 3 times that of cotton, and 1, 2 times that of wool.
* Good water repellency
Because of its excellent hydrophobic characteristics, XN maintains ZERO moisture absorption even in high humidity. Therefore, when used for sportswear, XN product stay fresh because they stay dry.
* Good resistance to various chemicals
XN has excellent chemical resistance to most acides and alkalis at room temperature.
* Dyeable polypropylene fiber
XN is a dyeable polypropylene product, improved by Huvis` own technology using normal
disperse dye stuffs.
